In honor of our beloved Jeffrey, The Jeffrey Speller Foundation '4 Change' is proud to stand as a dedicated supporter of the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation, bringing light to a rare and devastating disease. Jeffrey’s daughter, Ciara, a proud CCF New England CARE Team Member has emerged as a true champion for this cause. Through her leadership, the City of Springfield hosted its first-ever CCA awareness event and flag raising in February 2026, uniting the community in remembrance, hope, and action.

​​​​​​​​​As part of this historic initiative, several Springfield landmarks were illuminated in green, shining brightly in recognition of those affected by cholangiocarcinoma. That same month, JSF '4 Change' successfully held its inaugural celebrity fundraising event, raising $10,000 to support patients, families, and vital programs in Jeffrey’s memory.
